If you are not satisfied with your Rocksteady system, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. We cover return shipping.

To qualify for a full refund, the system must be:

1. Complete, including speakers, subwoofer, chargers, cables, manuals, and accessories.
2. In the original packaging.
3. In good cosmetic condition.

Returns that are incomplete, missing packaging or items, or damaged beyond normal handling may be subject to a restocking fee.

To start a return, email support@rocksteadyaudio.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions.

Systems purchased from Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, or another retailer are covered by that retailer's return policy.
