Speaker Won’t Charge / Hold Charge / Won’t Turn On

Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Turn the speaker off and plug it in to charge overnight (or at least 4 hours).
2. While still plugged in, turn the speaker on.
   ● Check if the battery is fully charged: Are all 4 lights on?
3. Unplug the speaker.
   ● Does it stay on?
   ● Has the battery indicator dropped?
   

If the speaker won’t turn on or hold charge, the internal battery may need to be replaced.
